Chapter One: The Birth of a Child

Our story begins with the introduction of the founders, Amaria Midesha and Raisk Drorne, pictured above. Now, to begin with, Amaria basically hated Raisk; she was someone who didn’t trust many people, and the sudden appearance of this strange man irked her more then a little.

The complete opposite, Raisk loved to bother Ama, and the two did manage to become friends throughout their adventures, and, obviously, more. The exact story of how this came about is something still in the works, so don’t worry about that. What is important is their life from the moment they became sims.

Now, as most young couples do when they get married, Amaria and Raisk went on honey moon; their destination was Twikki Island. It wasn’t long, with Raisk being as ‘adventurous’ as he is, for an opportunity to arrive at which they could, ahem, solidify their bond, and cause quite a ruckus at the same time. They spent four days on Twikki Island, each being an adventure of some sort, and then they returned home to their newly acquired home in the beautiful Desiderata Valley.

They hadn’t been home long, however, when Amaria began to get sick several times a day, and she suddenly felt bloated.

To their surprise and joy, Amaria was pregnant! The times when he was home from work (starting out as a lowly dish washer, of course), Raisk loved to pamper his wife and unborn-child, and couldn’t wait for the baby to be born (neither could Ama; carrying a kid around for so long wasn’t fun!)

And, finally, the baby was born! The new parents happily welcomed their new daughter to the world, a little girl with her moms hair and dads eyes that they named Selena.

Selena grew quickly, and was soon the light of her parents lives; she was a good kid who learned all her lessons quickly and knew when not to do something.

As a child Selena came to enjoy art and dancing, and loved the colour pink.

She was such a good girl that her parents bought her an orange tabby-cat that she named Mila. Selena loved the cat, and Mila was definitely found of her new mistress herself.

It wouldn’t be long, though, before Selena found herself sharing her parents with another sibling or two…

  1. Is this where I say “Want to learn more about Ama and Raisk’s troubled history? Buy the book!” Or not yet? ;) Great start BTW. Selena is so cute as a child!

This makes me long for the days of the Sims 2 and trouble-free CC and stuffpacks!
